Led T-Store transaction infrastructure, reducing P90 latency to one-third while supporting a 10-million-user platform and 10,000 requests per minute.
Direct messaging reached an average of four messages per user per week while increasing non-transactional time spent.

Co-founded the company and led product and technology across consumer gaming, social, and creator-led products.
The founder arc moved from gaming discovery to fantasy products around YouTube creators. The work connected product judgment with market choice, team building, technical execution, and commercial ownership.
